Alden (Allen) was caring, loving, and amazing man. He was an important part of my life. He was my uncle but went far beyond that to help my mother so us girls would know what a father was. He would help us no matter what the situation was and never turned his back or try to make us feel unloved or wanted. He played with us went we see small and he taught us things that a father should because my own wasn’t there. He would come just us take us camping, fishing, hunting or just to ride around and look for deer or other things in the wild. He was one of the finest men that I have had the privilege to know and spend time with. I wish that I have had the opportunity to spend more time with him than I did. He loved his family more than they will ever know. He worked hard and loved harder. I love this man with all my heart and will miss him terribly. I hope he knew how much he was loved and how sad that it will be that he’s no longer with us. I will see him again in heaven but until then may he Rest In Peace and know that he was and is loved and missed. Until we see each other again he will always be in my mind and heart. Rest In Peace uncle Pig. Love you always. You were one of the best substitute father a girl could ask for. I’m so luck and really glad you got to be one of mine. Loved and missed by one of your nieces always.
Love always,
Jennifer Renee Houston
