Obituary for Annette Suzanne Webb (Pruitt)

Mrs. Annette “Suzy Q” Webb, age 56 of Raven, Virginia, was called home late Sunday night (June 21, 2020. Born August 13, 1963 in Flint, Michigan, she eventually moved to Virginia. She was a 1982 graduate from Garden High School and from there she started her amazing journey. She was a devoted wife and the greatest mom any child could ask for; however, what brought her the most joy in life was being “Nannie” and “Grandma Suzy” to her six wonderful grandchildren. Whether you knew her for twenty years and twenty minutes, you couldn’t help but love her. She was everything you could ask for and more.
Suzy was preceded in death by her husband of thirty years, Scottie Dean Webb; her father, Elmer “Bud” Pruitt; one brother, Matthew “Matt-Man” Pruitt; and brother-in-law, Joey W. Webb.
Survivors include her mother, Reba Ann Pruitt and Marvin Bailey of Narrows, Virginia; two sons, Jonathan Webb and Crystal Shaw of Raven, and Christopher Webb and Jessica Helton of Big Rock; six amazing grandchildren, Morgan smith, Trinity Webb, Alexis Webb, Joey Webb, Victorious Webb, and Scottie Matthew Webb; siblings, Lisa Hale and husband, Stoney of Grundy, Krissi Griffey and Shayne Kiser of Rosedale, Jennifer Nunley and husband, Gary of Tazewell, and Randy Pruitt and wife, Victoria of Blountville; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Grady McGlothlin officiating. Interment will follow in the Moore Family Cemetery on Red Root Ridge, Virginia.
Pallbearers will be Christian Hall, Logan Hall, Anthony Hays, Joshua Jeter, Earnest Gross, Johnny Gross, David Stafford, and Stoney Hale, II.
The family will receive friends at the Honaker Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour.
