Janet Lee Fuller, age 85, of Honaker, Virginia, passed away January 10, 2022 in Abingdon, Virginia. Born September 23, 1936 in Drill, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late John Andrew and Ethel Gertie Hale Compton. A life long resident of the area, she enjoyed attending bible studies, reading, painting, crocheting, and spending time with her family. Janet was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Larry Fuller, Alan lee Fuller; one grandson, Jesse lee Hubbard; seven brothers, Harold, Sidney, Foster, June, Clint, Hurley, and Kinzer Compton; seven sisters, Fayrene Ray, Draper Dye, Dorothy Dye, Edna Mae Lester, Agnes McGlothlin, Judy Osborne, and Inez Honaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Christine Hubbard and husband, Johnny of Honaker, Virginia, and Lisa Fuller and Fiancé, Mickey Hess of Rosedale, Virginia; twelve grandchildren, Melissa Honaker, Larry Fuller, Jr., Jenny Fuller, Rachael Fuller, Jared Fuller, Stephanie Miller, Greta Honaker, Michael Hubbard, Jessica Martin, Shannon Farley, Anthony Musick, and Andrew Musick; nineteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday (January 14, 2022) in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Donnie Musick and Rev. Troy Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Ketron Memorial Gardens Lebanon, Virginia.
Dawson Honaker, Scott Honaker, Anthony Musick, Andrew Musick and Mickey Hess will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the Honaker Funeral Home starting at Noon on Friday until the funeral hour.
