Jimmy Edward Miller, age 64, of Honaker, Virginia passed away Thursday (November 3, 2022) in a Bristol, Tennessee hospital. Born June 15, 1958 in Grundy, Virginia, he was a son of the late James McKinley and Uller Bea Arwood Miller. He had spent most of his life in the area and he was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a talented brick mason and in his spare time he enjoyed watching FOX News, fishing and was a supporter of Donald Trump.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Teresa Honaker Miller; one step-son, Jeremy Dye; and one brother, Benny Smith, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Boyd Miller; four children, J.R. Stump, Timothy Stump, Amanda Miller Baker and Katherine Miller; four step-children, Chasity Adams, Patrick Byerly, Victoria Dye and Jamie Dye; six siblings, Linda Meadows and husband, Leonard, Donald Miller and wife, Trina, Sherrie Baldwin and husband, Keith, Keith Miller and wife, Sheila, Elizabeth Welch and husband, Paul and Terry Miller; sister-in-law, Susan Smith; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM Monday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leonard Meadows officiating. Interment will follow in the Martin Cemetery on Stinson Ridge, Virginia.
Pallbearers will be Freddie Stiltner, Gary Stiltner, Rick Sisk, Perry Deskins, John Baker and Jon Twombly.
The family will receive friends after 6 PM Sunday at Honaker Funeral Home where an evening song service will be conducted at 7 PM.
