Obituary for Judy Ann Sargent
Judy Ann Sargent, age 64, of Honaker, Virginia, passed away Friday (April 17, 2020) at her home. Born March 30, 1956 in Lebanon, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Woodrow and Mildred Taylor Sargent. A lifelong resident of the area, she attended Rosedale Baptist Church. She had been employed at Honaker Elementary School for forty-two years, working as Cafeteria Manager. She enjoyed doing artwork and spending time with her family.
Survivors include one brother, Russell Sargent and wife, Sharon of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; two sisters, Donna Peck and husband, Rick of Honaker and Sherry Lasley of Lebanon; two nieces, Jessica Cook and husband, Jason, and Ashlie Pineda; great-niece, Sydney Cook; and great-nephew, Reid Cook; her work family and many friends also survive.
A private family memorial graveside service will be conducted at Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood, Virginia. Celebration of Life services will be conducted at a later date.
