Mrs. Mildred Tiller Street, age 59, of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, passed away Monday (May 31, 2021) at the home of her daughter. Born June 25, 1961 in Richlands, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Vince and Arizona Tiller. A lifelong resident of the area, she was a 1979 graduate of Council High School and was of the Christian faith. Always putting other’s needs before her own, she enjoyed cooking, but most of all spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Hilda Gail Bowie, nephew, James Bailey Tiller, and former spouse and friend, Larry Street.
Survivors include one daughter, Amanda McGraw and husband, Tank; two grandchildren, Logan McGraw and Jaelyn McGraw; one sister, Anita Vance; one brother, Darrell Tiller; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel, Honaker, Virginia with Rev. Roy Lee Wilson and Rev. Avery Barton officiating. Interment will follow in the Tiller Cemetery at Council, Virginia.
Relatives and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends after 6:00 PM Thursday at the Honaker Funeral Home, where an evening song service will be conducted at 7:00 PM.
