Mr. William “Bill” Harvey Keen, age 58, of the River Mountain section of Lebanon, Virginia, passed away Tuesday (November 15, 2022) in a Bristol, Tennessee hospital. Born April 9, 1964 in Grundy, Virginia, he was a son of the late Mazie Keen Hibbitts. A lifelong resident of the southwest Virginia area, he enjoyed playing guitar, listening to music, fishing, and gardening. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one sister, Carol Hess.
Survivors include five siblings, Phyllis Stiltner and husband, Steve, Eugene Keen and wife, Michelle, Tommy Hibbitts, Shirley Howard and husband, Jay, and Jason Hibbitts; two step-sons, Jonathan Perry and Justin Perry and wife, Deanna; several nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.
The family will receive friends at the Honaker Funeral Home on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 1 – 4 PM for a time of visitation and remembrance.
